Restaurant Gordon Sushi

Washoku, or traditional Japanese cuisine, is centered around the idea of seasonality.

I opened Gordon Japanese Restaurant & Takeaway after 17 years as a sushi chef, including running the Funen branch of the bar’sushi concept and spending 8 years as chef and owner of Restaurant Goma. I’ve returned to my roots – a place where I can develop and create exciting, delicious food while providing great service to all my guests, whom I value immensely.

I take great pride in working with high-quality ingredients. My guests should be able to taste the freshness, indulge their senses, and enjoy a great evening in my restaurant – or savor our delicious takeaway at home, whether alone or with private guests.
