Restaurant Gordon is the result of my passion for Japanese cuisine and a career spanning over 17 years as a sushi chef. After running the Funen branch of the bar’sushi concept and spending eight years as chef and owner of Restaurant Goma, I’ve now returned to my roots. With Restaurant Gordon, I’ve created a place where I can continue to develop authentic and innovative dishes from the Japanese kitchen, with a special focus on our omakase experience.

In our omakase menus, we prepare the finest sushi dishes using fresh ingredients. Here, our guests have the opportunity to experience everything a true Japanese restaurant has to offer – from classic sushi experiences to new and exciting variations that challenge the palate.
